So today was my first day working as a bagger at the grocery store. At first it sounds easy but really...it isn't! You have to put like with like and bread CANNOT be squished. The worst possible thing you could do is squish the bread. Or break the eggs. And beef can only go with beef, same with all the other meats. It's really quite complicated.
Another amazing thing about grocery shopping is how much some people manage to stuff into their carts. When you try to put it all back in, there is no possible way to make it fit. It's like a game of Tetris with food and grumpy people waiting for you to shove all the stuff back into the cart!
Adding a job into my busy life will really kick things up a notch but some people seem to get more done when they are busy than when they have tons of free time, so I'm hoping I get tons done! Making money is such a crazy experience, in just ONE day I made almost $40! It's weird to think, "Oh hey, I have 40 more dollars than I did yesterday." But believe me, EVERYONE should try this. :)
